The intent of the “Radiculopathy (Lumbar Thoracic) Order Set” is to support users caring for adult patients who may require a Neurosurgery referral for surgery for lumbar/thoracic radiculopathy. The intent is to ensure a minimum workup is initiated prior to a Neurosurgery Consultation.
