The intent of the “Iraq & Afghanistan Post-Deployment Screen Reminder Rule” is to facilitate identification of patients requiring screening post-deployment to Iraq & Afghanistan for mental health, social, and physical problems arising from their deployment. Actions may include activating a related documentation template or order set.
