1. Payer – The name of the payer for the medication or DME.
2. Code System – The name of the code system (e.g., Durable Medical Equipment Coding System; Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System) used to reference medication or DME.
3. Electronic Prescribing Code – The eRx code representing a specific piece of medication or DME.
